User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Accumulus AI application and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Accumulus AI provides AI-powered flight operations assistance, including but not limited to:

• Flight briefing and planning tools
• Real-time operational information
• Decision support systems
• Information management platforms
• Offline and online data access

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or engage in prohibited activities.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Services
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Services in a manner that could damage our reputation

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by Accumulus Pte. Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal or professional aviation purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees
• Provide valid payment information
• Accept automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Review and accept any pricing changes

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Aviation decisions should not be based solely on our Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accumulus Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Accumulus Pte. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
